Pretreatment is fundamental to improving oil yield and ensuring stable subsequent processes. Its core purpose is to remove impurities from oilseeds, adjust the state of the raw material, and disrupt the cell structure of the oilseeds, thus laying the foundation for subsequent pressing and refining processes, while also increasing the utilization value of by-products (oil cake).
