The entire equipment suite is designed to rigorous industrial standards, featuring fully automated integration across the entire process—from raw material intake to the output of finished oil—thereby ensuring both high extraction efficiency and superior oil quality.
1- Raw Material Storage and Feeding
Freshly harvested palm fruit bunches are centrally stored in raw material hoppers. Automated conveying equipment then transports the material uniformly and in measured quantities to the subsequent stage, preventing raw material spoilage due to accumulation and ensuring the continuous, stable operation of the production line.
2- Palm Fruit Threshing
Specialized threshing machinery is utilized to separate the fruit stalks from the palm fruits. This process completely detaches the fruits while removing impurities such as branches and leaves, thereby providing a pure, clean raw material for the subsequent sterilization stage.
3- Vertical Sterilization (Core Process)
Sterilization vessels are employed to treat the palm fruits with high-temperature steam. This process deactivates the lipase enzymes within the fruit—preventing oil rancidity—while simultaneously softening the fruit pulp fibers and disrupting the structure of the palm kernels, thereby significantly enhancing the oil extraction yield in the subsequent pressing stage.
4- Maceration Process
Following sterilization, the palm fruits are fed into a macerator. This machine performs a preliminary separation of the fruit pulp from the kernels, crushing and shredding the pulp to break down the cellular structures encapsulating the oil, thereby making the oil more accessible and easier to extract during pressing.
5- Oil Pressing and Extraction
A specialized palm fruit oil press is utilized to subject the macerated material to high-pressure extraction. This process separates the crude palm oil from the palm fruit residue (cake), effectively performing a continuous solid-liquid separation operation.
6- Crude Oil Sedimentation and Filtration
The crude oil extracted during the pressing stage is conveyed to sedimentation tanks, where it is allowed to settle to remove solid residues. This process is complemented by filtration equipment to further eliminate fine impurities, thereby achieving a preliminary improvement in the clarity of the palm oil.
